When will my wines be delivered?
We deliver Mondays to Saturdays between 9am and 10pm. No deliveries will be made on public holidays and Sundays.
We offer next day delivery for orders placed between Monday and Friday (before 12pm noon).
Orders placed after 12pm noon on Friday through to Sunday, we will deliver your order on Monday or the next working day (whichever is applicable).
Orders placed on the day before a Public Holiday or on a Public Holiday, we will fulfill the order on the next working day.
Can I select my delivery timing?
Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be selected as our orders are dispatched in batches.
However, you may indicate upon check out if you have a preferred delivery date and timing and we will try our best to accomodate.
Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver to any address in Singapore, including designated BBQ pits at some of our National Parks (for an extra fee).
However, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, military and restricted areas, checkpoints, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
How much is the delivery charge?
For orders above $200, we offer free delivery. For orders below $200, we charge a delivery fee of $10.
We do impose additional surcharge of $7 for deliveries to designated BBQ Pits at any of our National Parks. These include East Coast Park, West Coast Park, Pasir Ris Park, Labrador Park and Sembawang Park.
Do I need to personally receive my order?
Please ensure that you are present to receive your order. Otherwise, please ensure that there’s someone at home (of legal age) to receive the order upon delivery. Our drivers may also request to view your ID to ensure your details and particulars matches.
Please let us know ahead of time if you are unable to meet your delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible. You may also indicate upon check out your preferred delivery dates and time for delivery. We will try our best to accommodate.
What if I’m not here when you deliver?
We put in effort to organise your order and coordinate the delivery schedule with our driver to ensure that your order arrives on time. Please let us know ahead of time if you are unable to meet your delivery via email at email@example.com. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
Kindly note that in the case of a failed delivery or failed payment, a charge of not less than $20 will be incurred in compensation for any administrative costs and mileage.
What is the preferred payment method?
We accept payments via PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal. Please note that all online card payments would incur an additional 4% surcharge of your total basket value. Our preferred payment method is PayNow, which will not incur any additional surcharge. For PayNow payments, please make payments to the following UEN – 200406032KCCS (CDC Logistics Pte Ltd).
How do I make payment via PayNow?
Please select the PayNow option upon check out and make final payment to CDC Logistics Pte Ltd via UEN – 200406032KCCS. Once the transfer is completed, please send a copy of the receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm your order within the day and will dispatch your order accordingly. Kindly refer to delivery timings in the FAQ for greater clarity on when to expect your order.
Condition of Sale
Are we able to buy by the bottle instead of buying by the case of 6 bottles?
Unfortunately, we only sell by the cases. That way, we can pass on any volume / bulk discount to you and keep logistical costs and complications to a minimum. Besides, it’s more wine to share with everyone!
Who is entitled to purchase from our website?
You may purchase from us if you are 18 and above for personal consumption. We reserve the rights to request for and check your photo ID upon the self-collection or receipt of your delivery.
Can I order without limit?
Here at Chin Chin, we advocate responsible drinking and trust that our wines are consumed within reasonable limits. As such, we do not put a limit on the total order of drinks, even for limited edition supplies. Everything listed is sold on a first come first serve, unlimited order basis.
Can I get a discount for purchasing in large quantities?
Chin Chin caters for all events and occasions. If you are planning to buy by the volume, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help!
Are prices on site inclusive of GST?
All prices are inclusive of GST.
What if I change my mind and would like to return my order?
Once you have placed an order, we cannot cancel or change your order. Please ensure you check all your cart before checking out the goods. We also urge our customers to check all goods received before signing the delivery receipt to avoid any form of unnecessary disputes.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is out of stock, or if the product is not as ordered or not of acceptable quality. Chin Chin reserves the right to reject or refuse any return or exchange of goods with the absence of a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
I received a product that is not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, who should I contact?
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In the event that the good received are not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it as soon as possible.

How do I get $10 off my first purchase?
All you have to do is to subscribe to our mailing list. We will send a promo code to your email immediately for you to apply to your cart upon check out. Do check your spam mails if you don’t receive anything within the minute!
Do I need to let the wines breathe before consuming?
As a general rule of thumb, we strongly recommend that you let our red wines breathe for 20 to 40 minutes prior to consumption. We also suggest using a decanter for best results. White wines, rose, champagne and sparkling wines do not benefit from breathing and can be consumed as soon as you open them (as long as they are served chilled)!
Licensing and other serious stuff
Under the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 it is an offence:
- to supply any liquor to a person under the age of 18 years; and
- for a person under the age of 18 years to buy or attempt to buy liquor.
Here at Chin Chin, we do not approve underage drinking. No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to purchase wine from CDC Logistics (S) Pte Ltd trading as Chin Chin.
