Tempting flavours of lemon tea cake, apple strudel with jasmine florals and Tahitian lime leaf round out a palate nevertheless still enlivened by chalky acidity. ‘Softened’ and very approachable now. Recommend more immediate drinking, with medium-term Eden Valley Riesling cellarability.
